The Work Number reported to a potential employer that I worked less years than I actually did for one particular company. Thanks to The Work Number, I look like a liar to a potential employer. The Work Number says there’s nothing they can do. The Work Number says to take it up with my employer. Isn’t The Work Number a consumer reporting agency? Aren’t I supposed to be able to dispute inaccurate information on a report from The Work Number?
