Milliman IntelliScript is a consumer reporting agency. Milliman IntelliScript collects information on prescription drug purchase histories. You may have a prescription report about you if you authorized the release of your medical records to an insurance company and that company submitted a request to Milliman. Your Milliman IntelliScript report may contain your full name, previous names used, address, previous addresses, and other personally identifiable information.

The Fair Credit Reporting Act (“FCRA”) regulates the consumer reporting agencies’ responsibilities as to your report. There are many things consumer reporting agencies are required to do as it pertains to their reporting. Consumer Reporting Agencies must:

      I sent a certified letter requesting to Milliman Intelliscripts requesting why I was denied insurance with Mutual of Omaha. I received 4 pages of my drugs for the last 4 years. I knew my drugs, but NO WHERE did they state what drug caused the issue.
      It could have been when I had my hip replaced don’t know. When you call them you get answering machine have to leave message and don’t know if or when they will call back.
      It was a waste of time sending the letter. I KNOW NO MORE NOW THAN I KNEW BEFORE.

      They don’t know how to answer a request any better than this, they are just wasting time.
